Day 2: Sorely but surely…

I woke up this morning and I could barely get out of bed…literally! I was so sore. A lesson learned – stretching after cardio does make a difference! I felt like an old person as I walked from my desk to the bathroom every time I had to get up at work. But alas, I know now.

Ab exercises!So today I tried my best and did some arms and ab exercises from the latest issue of Fitness magazine. I think I could have done better, but the soreness really took over me. To tell you the truth, I wasn’t really feeling those arm and ab exercises. I’m going to find another routine to try out next time I do that routine.

The rest of the week for exercise is as follows:

Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Abs & Legs
Friday: Cardio
Saturday: Abs
Sunday: Rest Day

    I understand what you mean about the soreness. It used to be agony for me the days after a legs workout and I agree stretching after exercise definitely helps reduce the pain.

    Have you tried glutamine supplementation? I used to use glutamine and found it very effective in reducing muscle soreness.
