Day 4: Arm-Abtastic!

Today was a really stressful day at work. Not to mention tiring, and even when I went home I had to do some other stressful things. Anyway I just finished my workout for today which was arm and ab exercises. I love it when I feel that burning feeling when you lift free weights or do sit ups. As for the sit ups I actually like the ab machine at the gym better than doing it freely on a mat. My overall feelings for today’s workout was great, I feel accomplished!
