Day 5: Cardio Crazed…

by Sue on July 20, 2007

I just finished some cardio a few minutes ago. I had planned to go to the gym right after I got out of work but I felt kind of sick so I just went straight home. I ended up passing out on the couch for a half hour and when I woke up I still felt dizzy. I waited a few minutes before I decided to do some cardio.

Turbo JamI ended up popping in this Turbo Jam Cardio Party Dvd I had. If you don’t know what Turbo Jam is, it’s part of the BeachBody fitness collection. I saw a infomercial for Slim in 6 but heard that Turbo Jam was a lot better. So I ended up getting that and used it for a while until I got bored of doing it all the time. I decided that now I’m going to mix up the gym with the Turbo Jam Dvds to keep the variety. I get bored really easily when it comes to working out.

Anyway, the workout was really easy to get into and it was non stop, with a “turbo” session in the middle of the workout which is 1 minute of high intensity exercise. I definitely worked up a sweat and still sweating as I type this. I feel way better now from when I left work. It really is true, exercise (especially cardio) definitely makes you feel good!

I tried Turbo Jam because a friend introduced me to it. I worked out everyday for a few months and loved it but didn’t see any results, I kept at it and sure enough the weight started to come off. I lost a total of 26lbs and I feel great, I have 4 kids and I am 2lbs lighter than before I had kids. I am maintaining my weight loss now and still do my workouts regularly and love it!!!
    Thanks Turbo Jam
