Day 9: Definitely will be sore in the morning…

Bicep CurlsI just finished 40 minutes of Turbo Sculpting off my Turbo Jam DVD. It really works out the arms as well as the legs and abs. I used 5 lbs weights and it was quite the struggle for me! I was pretty much holding these weights the entire time except at the very end when ab workouts are on the mat. I really didn’t think I was going to work up a sweat but I did! Like, dripping sweat down from my forehead to my nose. I guess I really worked out to my full potential. I already feel the soreness in my upper arms, shoulders and abs!
