I just finished 40 minutes of Turbo Sculpting off my Turbo Jam DVD. It really works out the arms as well as the legs and abs. I used 5 lbs weights and it was quite the struggle for me! I was pretty much holding these weights the entire time except at the very end when ab workouts are on the mat. I really didn’t think I was going to work up a sweat but I did! Like, dripping sweat down from my forehead to my nose. I guess I really worked out to my full potential. I already feel the soreness in my upper arms, shoulders and abs!
Day 9: Definitely will be sore in the morning…
