Day 10: Really Tired But Exercise Is Worth It

by Sue on July 25, 2007

Today I did 40 minutes of Turbo Jam Cardio Party and during the workout I felt really tired! But I kept on going and I finished. It feels great to finish a workout and know that each day is an improvement.

I just weighed myself and as much as I feel embarrassed to reveal my weight I know that I have to prove that I have improved by setting something. As of right now I weigh 116 pounds. I am 5 feet tall and even though my weight is normal, I would really like to lose some inches off my waist and tone my arms more. As of right now my waist is at 28 inches. I made a mistake measuring the other day. 33 inches is the size of my hips. This picture helped me realize that. :-P

1 = Height
2=Bust
3=Waist
4=Hips
5=Inseam

Measuring Your Body

As of weight loss I want to lose 6 lbs to be at 110, and I want to lose 4 inches off my waist to be at 24 inches. This is definitely going to be a lot of work, but I’m determined to get to this goal!

Every week I’m going to update you all with my progress on that, so expect an update then.

    28 inches is pretty small! it doesn’t sound like u need to lose anything, but i’m 5,4 so i don’t knw how much u should weight at 5″. i didn’t know what my waist size was i thought it was 26 – the jeans size i take- but i just measured it according to that pic and it was 23″, i’m not sure thats correct, i def am not size 23 in jeans!!

    well done on the good work though, i know how good a workout feels and the satisfaction that comes with it :) u can do it!

    Exercise can be really tiring. But at the end of the day, you’ll find it rewarding that you’re giving effort not to have a great body, but to feel healthy.
