		<description>I aim for romaine, spinach, or red-leaf lettuce (in that order) when available.  I&#039;m not a fan of the icerberg.

We never use the salad in a bag.  We always make our salads from the raw ingredients.  Not that lettuce needs to be used in a salad; it is also good for sandwiches or wraps (or as a wrap).</description>
