Day 11: Just Abs

Did a 20 minute ab workout with Turbo Jam’s Ab Jam.  I feel sore from yesterday’s cardio and a little from my arm workout the day before.  It’s really tough to workout when you have a bunch of different ideas in your head!  Nonetheless, I fit my workout in and I feel accomplished.
