Today I did Day 2 of the Couch to 5K training program. I feel that it’s not very difficult for me, but then again I’m not much of a runner. Maybe I’m just used to being active with my Turbo Jam workouts.
Tomorrow and Saturday is going to be busy for me as I have to be at a convention for work for 6 hours, on my feet. Hopefully I’ll have some time to fit in a workout when I get home, if I’m not exhausted! We’ll see…
By the way, I know my posts have been lacking, but work has been really stressful and as soon as I get home I work out and then pass out! Next week should be back to normal.
