Day 18: Pilates Arms & Abs

10 Minute PilatesToday I decided to do something different and do some pilates. I popped in the 10 Minute Pilates DVD that I’ve used a few times. There are 5 different workouts in this DVD and all last 10 minutes. 10 minutes may not sound like a lot of time to you, but for me it definitely did something for me. At times it seemed really difficult! I think I pulled a muscle and it made me realize that I’m not very flexible! I know for sure that I want to do more exercises that will make me more flexible. I did 20 minutes – 10 minutes ab pilates and 10 minutes sculpting pilates which is arm exercises with light dumbbells. My overall feeling after the workout? Pilates is definitely a challenge!
