I was perusing the Traineo forums and found this site where this guy created Couch to 5k podcasts! I think the idea is brilliant because the first week of the training program I constantly had to look at the treadmill to make sure I was running and walking in the time I was supposed to. With these podcasts, Robert tells you when you should start running or walking until you’re done with the workout. I’m starting Week 2, Day 1 today so I’m definitely going to use this. There are podcasts for all 9 weeks of this training program so every week is something new. I listened to some of it and so far the music is very upbeat and helps you stay focused. They’re easily downloadable and in iPod and MP3 format.
