You seem so motivated, I thought you may also want to explore Taijiquan as an option.  BTW, I don&#039;t mean those qigong-like exercises, but Taijiquan as a traditional martial art form with underlying martial applications, kicks and punches, body synchronicity, the entire holistic works ...

		<description>I belong to a gym and I thought about quitting it before and just working out at home. I&#039;m glad I didn&#039;t though because I find that I am more motivated once I get there.  I still do some exercises at home (push-ups, sit-ups, etc.) but I like having the option to use all of the weight and cardio machines at the gym too.</description>
