Day 20: Turbo Sculpt!

Today I took a break from cardio and did some arms, legs, and ab sculpting with Turbo Jam’s Turbo Sculpt DVD.  I’m starting to realize that maybe I’m using too heavy of a weight, which is 5lbs.  In the workout you’re holding the weights majority of the time, so it takes a toll on me at times.  I only have 2lb dumbbells and 5lbs.  2lbs is too light, so I use the 5lbs dumbbells.  I find myself struggling but then again, it’s a good challenge.  Either that, or I was just tired today.  Anyway, I was so happy finishing the workout.  Now, I hate it when I even think about skipping a workout!  I’m definitely staying true to myself and to this blog.  :)   I’m telling you, it really isn’t easy, but I just keep thinking about everyday I’m getting healthier and fit as I continue doing what I’m doing.
