This past weekend my boyfriend graduated from college so there was some celebrating, including a trip to the beach and the water park, so I was definitely in water for most of the weekend. I know that I’ve been behind in my Couch to 5k training, so I’m playing catch up this week.
Today I did 30 minutes of intervals of jogging and walking and although I was battling a side cramp for the most part, I felt I did the workout pretty well.
Tomorrow I will be updating my goal page, so hopefully there will be some improvement in getting to my goals!
