This watch is super cool especially for iPod workout users. The iControl made by Timex is a watch that transmits signals to your iPod so you can easily change the volume or tracks without getting distracted by your workout. Functions such as play, pause, volume control and track forward and reverse are easily controllable with the watch. Not only does it do all that, it’s everything a Timex workout watch does too – countdown timer, interval timers, alarms and 50 lap memory. I’ve never had a watch that did all that, but now that they’ve integrated an iPod function, I’m pretty much sold on this one. And not to mention, available in many colors too!
