I’ve completed the 2nd week of the Couch to 5k training so I feel happy. Thanks to these podcasts the runs have been really good and helpful too. I know I still have ways to go but I’m still keepin’ on!
As for my goals page, it is updated, and I definitely have to change some things. I didn’t lose a pound and as for the inches off my waist it isn’t significant either. I really think that I have to revisit the ways I eat because I think it is a big factor on why I’m not losing. I’m exercising daily, so I don’t understand why I haven’t lost a pound or lost inches off my waist. It’s a bit disappointing, but all I can really do is figure out a new plan. I plan to update in 2 weeks on August 28.
