I got an email from a reader who sent me a link to the trailer of the new season of NBC’s The Biggest Loser. I never watched The Biggest Loser before, but after seeing this trailer, I am totally inspired by these people and will definitely tune in. It is amazing that with the determination and desire to want to be healthy and fit, you can really achieve it. Lately, I’ve felt a little depressed because I haven’t lost any significant weight, but after watching this, it really opened my eyes. I know I can look the way I want to and live a healthy lifestyle!
The show premieres on Tuesday, September 11 at 8/7c.
