Day 26: Swim Day

Today I took a break from running and spent some time with my sister at the pool.  Swimming is a great form of exercise, as it is well known so any kind of activity really is better than sitting down at a desk all day!

Tomorrow I’m starting Week 4 of the Couch to 5k training and I can’t wait!

    Swimming is one of the best overall exercises you can do. It really helped my asthma when I was younger. Lucky for me, I grew out of it and its no longer an issue.
