Exercise With Online Videos Using ExerciseTV

ExerciseTV

Today I discovered this really neat website that provides free online workout videos, as well as on demand workout videos on your tv, if you have digital cable called ExerciseTV. For me, if I had digital cable I’d totally be all about this even more, but the online videos are just as good. There are tons of videos that include workouts such as cardio, abs/core, arms, yoga, and even sports training. It’s free to sign up and you can even customize a workout plan based on your fitness level, what type of exercise you want to do and how long you want to exercise. The longest videos are about 30 minutes long and you can even find workout videos shorter than that. I just signed up today so I’m definitely going to use this as a workout tool when I can’t make the gym, or even in the mornings. What’s neat about these workout videos is that they’re available to use anytime. There is also a forum to discuss topics with other ExerciseTV members which I think is awesome. You don’t really have much to lose except weight and fat by using this neat online fitness resource! :)

That’s a neat concept. Can you burn the videos to a DVD?

I’m not sure about that if you’re watching videos online unless you can rip it somehow, but I’m sure if you have digital cable and have access to ExerciseTV you probably can…
