Although its the end of the work week, for me, I’m still going to be working…out. Today I’ll be doing strength training and then taking it easy for the rest of the night. Tomorrow is another running day, followed by a Sunday rest day.

- John Is Fit is a fairly new blog (and a reader of my site as well) has a really interesting post about conquering his mental mountain of eating unhealthy. I can definitely relate, when I’m hungry I always find an excuse to eat whatever, especially the fast food. This week, I did pass up the offer for McDonalds and ate some fruit instead.
- GoWorkoutMom has a great post about losing some calories and resulting in a clean car. Since I inherited my dad’s old car (he got a new one), I definitely want to clean it up and make it my own… so I like the fact I can make a workout out of it!

Its nice to see a lady thats not afraid of strength traning! Look at you go with resistance training, cardio and rest days…perfect combo!
