Another week over and the weekend to follow! I treated myself with a Jamba Juice (Mango-a-Go-Go) and off to relax watching a DVD. It’s nice to have time all to yourself, so I’m definitely going to enjoy it.

Go Workout Mom posts about her moving (which can be exercise in itself!) and her first 5k run! It’s awesome to hear other people’s first 5k experiences, they’re so motivating!
Trying Fitness writes about the health benefits of protein powder. I’ve tried protein powder and I actually like it, if I put fruits in the mix with soy. It’s definitely good to have especially after you workout, if you know you won’t be able to eat a real meal right away.
