Personally, I&#039;ve eliminated all caffeine from my diet and have been very happy about that.  While caffeine (especially mixed with ibuprofen) is good for treating headaches, it is also a great way to cause headaches as well.  

I prefer not being dependant upon a drug to function in the morning.  I tend to drink tea (evenings more often than other times) but I stick to non-caffeinated green teas and fruity teas.  Water is my mainstay beverage of choice.</description>

		<description>I use Splenda and sugar-free creamer in my coffee since I have a sugar sensitivity. Tea isn&#039;t enough to get me through the day with my kids. lol.

But at night, I do enjoy green tea on a daily basis.</description>
