I learned a lot this week about life and improving it for the better. I guess that’s what getting older does to you. I know that becoming healthy and really taking charge of improving my health and lifestyle will do myself better so I’m pretty excited to see how it’s going to go from here. I discovered some new sites to learn from and they’re quite inspiring. This weekend I’m really planning to relax but organize some things I’ve been putting off at the same time.
So being that I’ll be busy with that all weekend, I’ll leave you all with what other blogs are discussing in the blogosphere:
Zen Habits, a blog I recently discovered about living life more productively had this interesting post about losing fat and building muscle. It’s covers all the bases, I think. All you would need to do is incorporate it in your lifestyle!
Back In Skinny Jeans points out the 7 most annoying gym personalities. Although I don’t really mind those around me, and focus on my workouts, this was an interesting read, nonetheless.
John Is Fit has an interesting take on chewing gum to help you overcome a bad food situation. Sugar free I hope! I do this sometimes when I’m hungry and I have to wait to eat. Of course I don’t recommend this to replace a meal, but it’ll tide you over if food is really not available at that very moment.
Workout Mommy discusses what clean eating means. I totally agree with this, although for me it’s difficult to eat all natural foods, learn the benefits, and you can start eating “cleaner.”
Enjoy the weekend and make healthy decisions.

You might want to check out my website Sue. I was the one writing today’s article on Zen Habits
I love Zen Habits. That’s how I got started meditating in the mornings and setting up MITs (most important tasks), etc. I always find myself bookmarking many posts of his to look back on.
Have a great weekend!
Sugar free, yep!
Thanks for the link
