Tone Up With Strength Training At Home

Strength Training At HomeI found this really good home strength training workout (pdf) from Women’s Health Magazine that works out your entire body with nothing more than your body, a fitness ball, dumbbells and a resistance band. Luckily I have all of this at home so I am planning to try this workout on my strength training day. I really have to get back into running more because my next 5k is less than a month away!

Today I was able to run 1.5 miles only stopping 2 times in 22 minutes. I’ll admit that I’ve been slacking in my strength training so I need to really get back into that.
