I found this really good home strength training workout (pdf) from Women’s Health Magazine that works out your entire body with nothing more than your body, a fitness ball, dumbbells and a resistance band. Luckily I have all of this at home so I am planning to try this workout on my strength training day. I really have to get back into running more because my next 5k is less than a month away!
Today I was able to run 1.5 miles only stopping 2 times in 22 minutes. I’ll admit that I’ve been slacking in my strength training so I need to really get back into that.
