I went with an analog scale for a long time, which was nice because I could purposefully keep it from getting zeroed since I only care about my weight trends and not the actual number.

It broke, though, and the cheapest when I went back to the store was a digital one, so I use that one every day now.  

There really isn&#039;t a lot of point to spending a lot of money on a scale.  Just get a cheapo one and consider it &quot;good enough.&quot;</description>
