So today I decided to take Blaine’s advice and did some exercising in the afternoon, while watching a movie. I didn’t exercise during the whole movie but it was definitely helpful and I felt good afterwards. I did some sit ups on my fitness ball, some arm exercises with weights and push ups. I’m really enjoying working out on the fitness ball, and starting to look for new ways to use it in my workouts. For one thing, it definitely helps me balance better!
Earlier in the day, my mom and I had planned to go to the grand opening of the first IKEA store in South FL but because of the craziness (I guess people skipped work for it?) we ended up just walking around at the mall nearby instead. Tomorrow I plan to go bike riding with my boyfriend in the morning. At the very least I’m getting my exercises in, it definitely helps a lot mentally right now – and of course, physically.
The job hunt is going ok, as I have applied to several places. I’m not giving up hope yet! I really appreciate the comments and emails I’ve gotten from people from my last post. It makes me feel a lot better and helping me move forward in a positive way.
