		<description>I actually really enjoying watching a tape or DVD while I&#039;m on the treadmill. I don&#039;t feel like I&#039;m wasting time just sitting there watching TV, and as long as I stay in my THR (target heart rate) zone and keep up with my breathing, it all works out just fine. ;)</description>

Swiss balls are a lot of fun.
