I was looking up the nutritional benefits of Pistachios since I’ve been pretty addicted to them, only to find out they are very high in calories! So I really have to eat them in moderation.
The good thing though, it is that I found this really cool website called NutritionData.com that gives you nutritional data on pretty much any food. Even fast food! I think this is a great site to have on hand, for me especially because I love food but I need to educate myself better on the food I’m consuming. A bunch of tools include a Nutrient Search Tool, Food Category Explorer and resources on weight loss advice and more. It’s important to know what benefits you’re getting healthwise on the food you eat, so NutritionData.com is a great way to get on top of eating right.
