End of the Week Link Roundup
This week went pretty fast, but I guess it’s because I’ve been doing so much, especially with the job hunt. This weekend I’m going to be frugal, and try to find things to do that don’t require spending money. Hopefully the weather will be nice enough to do a run or bike riding.
Here are this week’s link roundup on what other bloggers are discussing in the blogosphere:
Trying Fitness discusses what to do when you’re not seeing results. I’m sure a lot of us can relate to that, instead of giving up - figure out what you’re doing wrong and make it right!
Zen Habits gives tips on ways to motivate you to exercise. I really enjoy these types of posts because I constantly have to be motivated on my worst days.
Back In Skinny Jeans discusses the importance of seeing medical professionals during weight loss. That’s definitely a good idea to make sure you’re doing the right things to achieve weight loss.
That’s Fit discusses what the slow burn workout is, and I think it’s pretty interesting that sweating causes your muscles to become fatigued, when doing the slow burn workout in a cold environment helps you sweat less and burns more muscle. I don’t know if this is absolutely true, but it’s interesting to investigate.
Have a great weekend and have fun, no matter how the weather is like outside. ![]()
