For as long as I can remember, I was a subscriber to Self magazine. Then I got subscriptions to Fitness and Shape magazines. It’s a great way to get new exercise routines, nutrition and food ideas and finding ways to be overall productive with your health. It’s great to take along with you when you’re at the gym, when you can’t be at your computer reading my blog.
Magazine subscriptions are definitely better than buying each issue individually, and there are sites online where you can get them for even less than what is usually advertised. Check out some Health & Fitness Magazines here.
