A Fresh Start
So today was my first day at my new job and I was excited, nervous and anxious all at the same time! Everyone definitely made me feel welcome and I’m looking forward to contributing to the company.
I realized that I have to make some changes now that I started a new job. With a new job comes with a fresh start, so I really need to plan out my day more, especially with exercise. I was used to waking up early so I’ve become more of an early person, so I’m really going to try to work out in the mornings, rather than in the evenings. I want to be able to have time to do other things, and getting my exercising out of the way will help a lot. Not only that, I’ll feel more awake too.
So my goal this week: get my exercise on early. ![]()

Great attitude; I’m all about the morning workout. Then you don’t have to worry about scheduling it later when you have to stay late for work and are hungry…
Of course, I often have to work out early and late, so it’s a moot point if I want to get all of the workouts in.
