Finally, A Workout!

This week, I mentioned trying to do morning exercises, turns out, it was definitely harder than I thought!  So, I’m probably going to do morning exercises on days I can actually get the energy to and do most of my exercises when I get home from work.  I just did 20 minutes of Turbo Jam and I definitely worked up a sweat!

Since it’s a new month, I really want to get focused and get back on watching (REALLY watching) what I eat.  This time though, I’m going to figure out recipes for foods I know I enjoy and if really necessary, put a healthier spin on it.  For example, pizza, chicken and pasta.  Thank goodness for the internet!  Recipes are everywhere and healthy ones too.  I’ll let you know on my findings.
