		<description>Music may motivate you, but it also means that insurance costs can become prohibitive, especially for smaller races.  

It&#039;s far easier to just follow the rules set forth by the governing body of the sport and ban them.

Personally, I don&#039;t have a problem with them as long as the runner isn&#039;t oblivious to those around him and doesn&#039;t become an obstacle or put them in danger.  

I&#039;d never listen to music while running or racing myself, though.  I&#039;m too paranoid about getting hit by a car again.</description>

		<description>Halloween is the kick off of sedentary lifestyle and endless celebration :(. I had overeaten during the Halloween and apparently will be busy in preparing all sort of celebration until December. I agree with you that without planning it&#039;s hard to fit exercise into our daily routine.</description>
