The Girls Next Door Workout

I’ll admit, I actually do watch the show on E! - The Girls Next Door. If you don’t know what the show The Girls Next Door is, it’s a reality show about the 3 girlfriends of Hugh Hefner, creator of Playboy. In my opinion, it’s actually a fun show to watch and the girls seem really down to earth and fun. I watched one of their episodes recently where the 3 girls decided to team up with Exercise TV and make their own workout video called Girls Next Door Workout. I haven’t done the workout yet, but I’m planning to get it soon.

Each girl has a different type of workout. Holly has more of an aerobic type workout, Bridget has more of a boot camp style workout, and Kendra has more of a fun, kickboxing workout. This DVD actually got some pretty good reviews so it’s definitely worth a try.

    Holly: “So you’re gonna start with the right leg and the right arm…” I guess she meant her other right. (And yes, I recognize that she’s assuming that people will be going the same direction and are facing her, but I still found it a humorous comment…)

    I’m a personal trainer, watched Bridget’s bootcamp workout video, its cute, I stopped watching it after she elevated the heart rate with forward lunges then went into modified deadlifts, Hmmm? heart rate up then lowering head, not advised.
