I’m pretty excited about 2008 coming because you get to start over in a sense that its a new year and you can only do better! I have a bunch of goals fitness/health related I want to accomplish, and planning for them is pretty fun. Goals are a great way to stick to something, so I’ve listed the top 5 things, fitness and health related that I want to accomplish in 2008.
1. Lose 10lbs and keep it off – This will be the biggest challenge.
2. Workout 4 days a week – I know I can stick to this since I find myself busy with other things such as life and work.
3. Run a marathon – I really want to run the NYC marathon, and it’s in November 2008, so that gives me time to train.
4. Eat better – This is also a huge challenge since I hate dieting. Gotta find that balance between eating the things I love and what’s really not good for you.
5. Be more active – I’d really like to take up a sport besides running.
