I’m really trying to run a mile under 10 minutes, and I’m definitely getting there! I ran my first mile in 9:43, and the second mile marked at 7:57. I signed up for the 5K I planned to do, which is on February 16. I’m pretty excited about it! This week I’m planning to run every other day, followed by strength training.
