		<description>I&#039;ve been doing some of the workouts on Comcast On Demand&#039;s Fitness channel and they are ok. I wish some of them were longer actually. I find that when I workout at home, it&#039;s harder for me to stay focused  like when I&#039;m at the gym. I keep eyeing the fridge between my air kicks.</description>
