Golfing For Sport and Fitness

Golf for sport and fitnessMy dad is really into golf, and I decided to give it a try so this past weekend, we went to the driving range and I learned how to swing a golf club. I got the hang of it eventually and I think it’s a lot of fun! It’s a great way to relieve stress because you’re hitting a ball as far as you can, making you bring all the power you have to do so. Of course there’s the sport of being able to hit the ball in a specific direction, but I’m working on that. My goal in the next few months is to be able to be good enough to play a 9 hole game with my dad. Golf requires a lot of walking, and because you’re required to use your arms to swing the club, it’s a different way to work out your arms especially.
