		<description>I have found recording what I eat is the ONLY way I have managed to keep on my diet as it shows how much you have consumed as you go along and then I don&#039;t get tempted to eat more! I will be checking the dailyplate website as I am currently using a spreadsheet.</description>

		<description>Just wanted to say &quot;hi&quot; and congrats on deciding to try and eat healthier. I also jumped on that band wagon a little while back. One helpful trick that me and my roommate made up (possibly?) is not to buy boxed items (e.g. crackers, chips, cookies...) We try and only buy fruits, veggies, meats (all fresh to! bonus!) ... Kinda stinks come snack time but over all its made such a difference for us.

I think that if you know what you are taking in and can look back on it then you can better figure out where to cut what to realize any gains you might be seeking.
