Absolutely agreed that Mariah looks great! I just read an article where she credits water workouts for her amazing new body. It seems to have worked for her, and I’m hooked on them too.
By the way, I don’t know if anyone has seen this yet, but if you’re ever considering getting a hot tub, save yourself some money and get an aquatic fitness system (an “underwater” gym). It incorporates cardio with resistance exercises so it tones your body and makes you feel like you’ve worked out for an hour after only 10 minutes! And then you can relax in the “spa” area of it.
