Make A Goal: 60 Day Personal Fitness Challenge

So we had to turn our clocks forward and lost an hour. The good thing about this shift is that there’s more sunlight in the day, which gives me an excuse to challenge myself. I took a 2 week hiatus from working out, and now, I have to get back into gear. I decided to challenge myself to work out 5 days a week for the next 60 days. I decided to start tomorrow - March 10. I know that I’ve been neglecting posting here and it’s definitely time for a change!

I’ve decided that for this week’s workout regimen I would go to the gym at least 2 times a week and the other 3 either doing a fitness DVD, run outside and a free day, which means doing what I want to do, whether it be go to the gym or something different that is exercise related, of course.

Instead of a daily post, I’ll sum up everything at the end of the week. This is a big thing for me, because constant exercising for me is definitely a challenge, but it’s time for a change!

    It is difficult to get back into the swing of working out. After a year and half hiatus to work on my businesses, I am trying to get back to work on me.

    I began by working out twice last week and I am going for four times this week.

    Keep me inspired.
