Eating Organic… Where To Start?

The idea of eating organic never came to mind until I realized that it’s better to eat foods without chemicals and additives. I think about it this way – people ate food like this for a long time a long time ago. I like the idea of eating foods that are free of these things but it definitely doesn’t come cheap, which is strange considering that I’d think that chemicals and additives would cost more to use when creating foods. But anyway, I’m trying to learn, and I’m far from eating organic so I was looking at some books on Amazon and trying to learn how to buy more organic foods on a budget.
