I even find the yearly maintenance on them actually meditative! Which reminds me, if I want to go like stink, I&#039;d better get my new brake and bearings cleaner.

Also some of the best exercise that works different muscles and burns tons of calories is not considered &quot;exercise&quot;. So I say get outside. Rollerblade, bike, dig a ditch, climb a mountain and stay in shape the fun way not just on a treadmill right!</description>
