Ok, I Have Some Explaining To Do.

Yes, I am aware my last post was on May 6. I haven’t written for more than 2 weeks and I feel terrible about it. Life (work and outside work) has been so busy, I haven’t even hit the gym or exercised. At all. Every week I wanted to, I would get side tracked with something to tend to.

I’m proud to say that I’ve been getting better as far as my eating goes. I don’t eat much junk food like I used to, and a lot of my lunches are prepared so I don’t have to run out to get fast, cheap food. Logging my food is somewhat getting easier, but I still need to get used to logging it everyday. Knowing what I eat everyday in a log makes me realize how much I’m eating and a long list means I’ve eaten too much.

Today I got a WiiFit, and the truth is, I was never planning to buy one. This morning, I read this really good review about it, and how the blogger was going to engage in a 30 day WiiFit challenge and the idea really sparked my interest. I was really curious to see if this game really worked. More on Wii Fit later, but I really want to make WiiFit a daily thing. So far, the game is really fun and it’s also really cute.

I’ve read a lot during my break on blogging, so I’m happy to learn and ready to share with you all soon.

Happy Memorial Day to everyone, and be safe! :)

My friend has just bought one of these and she says it is fantastic - so am going to buy one too. Lets see what happens with the challenge.

Totally understand about not finding the time to blog. I’ve been managing to keep up the exercise but my blogging has suffered lately.

A couple of my friends have a Wii and I would love to try them. I love video games and I love exercise so it seems like the perfect combination.

when you get the chance, let us know how it went, because it seems everyone is getting one. tell me if it helps for those days where it’s too hard to get motivated to run!

I played it last night and it was pretty fun. Nothing will ever replace good hard working out though.

Any update on the Wii Fit? I’m be interested to hear if it’s a viable work out method or not! Can you really get a sweat going?
