		<description>I just wanted to reply to all those feeling hungry all the time &amp; give a little encouragement. First, it is great you are working out, but one of the reasons alot of athletes feel so hungry an hour after they eat their healthy meal is because they are drinking loads of water during their lunch or dinner. Try eating without a drink. Liquids absorb faster in your digestive system than solids. So, when your constantly drinking while you are eating it is liquifying and digesting faster, yourt stomach is absorbing your meal faster because of all the drinking while eating. I suggest you don&#039;t drink anything 30 mintues before or 30 mintues prior to eating. Good Luck &amp; save the drinking for other times of the day and post work outs!</description>

my workout list.. i do this every morning on week days 3 times a day..
-wake up at 6:45am
-workout for one hour
-pliates
-push-ups
-regular sit-ups
-ski jumps (over bench or line)
-running (lengths of the gym &amp;&amp; 200feet across the ice with broomball shoes [arena])
-wall sit
-plyometrics(box jumping)
-lateral movements(sliding) with medicine balls (10m)
-skipping rope
-lunges
-burpies
-lateral raises(deltiods) with weights
-shower
-eat
-school
then i&#039;d  sometimes go biking after schools (4:00pm)</description>
