Contestants: Me vs. My BF!
Since my bf has started a full time job and is pretty much at his desk all day, he’s noticed how much weight he has been putting on and as for me, I really want to gain more muscle and weight off my midsection. So I decided to make a bet with him to see who can lose the most weight after 1 month. We started yesterday and the whole idea of the challenge is to pretty much push each other to work out and eat more healthily. The challenge ends on October 8.
The real idea is to get my BF to be more active and eat healthier, and I figured that this challenge would push him in that direction.
We’ll see what happens! I know that I can win! But I know that he likes a challenge and is very competitive so he may surprise me. (I hope he isn’t reading this, haha)
