		<description>I think if I were you, I would do a weight loss based on percentage of your total body weight.  Your BF may lose 20 and you may lose 10, but your 10 may be at a higher percent of your total body weight than his, so therefore, you would win.  Just a suggestion.</description>

My goal is to lose 26 pounds (I only have 11 left!), and so he said when I lose those pounds he&#039;ll shave his beard (which I&#039;ve consistently bugged him about). I&#039;m estimating he&#039;ll be shaving before Christmas! lol.</description>

		<description>I had a mutual challenge with my girlfriend. We decided to exercise everyday for 24 days with a small prisze at the end (of course from me to her :) ). It worked out quite well as my plan was to return her back to exercising that she left for a while. She has been working out on her own since then.</description>
