		<description>First off, love Heroes!  Second, don&#039;t beat yourself up over what&#039;s an acceptable routine for you because everyone is different.  A hard habit to avoid is looking at what other people do, how often they workout, what they eat, how they look... it can get exhausting trying to compare.  Everything goes in waves and sometimes we have an awesome workout month, and sometimes life happens.  Just keep up the great work and only consult the professionals on serious health &amp; fitness advice ; )  Great blog!</description>
