I feel like I spread myself too thin, which leads to being overwhelmed, and leads to just throwing my hands in the air and giving up. I’ve felt this way for a few weeks and after this past weekend I realized that there is only so much I can handle. I wondered a lot about this blog too and I realized how much fitness and living healthy was important to me. Today I exercised for the first time in 2 weeks and I was able to keep up still, which surprised me. I figured I’d be out of shape by now! So that assured me that I can continue to do this.
I’ll admit that it’s been a struggle for the past few months but I really don’t want it to be. I think that as long as I keep at exercising every day, as well as laying off the peanut butter cups (it’s all Halloween’s fault!) and eating well, I should be fine.
Anyway, wedding planning has taken a lot of my time when I get out of work and I realized again that I have to take everything in steps. A weakness of mine is trying to do everything at once when it can’t be done. Although we still haven’t figured out our wedding, there is still a lot of time (we’re planning the big day in Feb 2010).
So that’s my update. A new month = a fresh start. And I hope my US readers will be voting tomorrow. I know I am, and I’m excited to see how it will turn out, and I hope for the better! We need change!!!
