		<description>I have never considered using almond milk for smoothies. That&#039;s a great idea. One smoothie ingredient I usually use is half a package of soft tofu. Blend the tofu in with frozen fruit and milk and you&#039;ve got a really delicious, high-protein smoothie.</description>
