Quickie Workout

Jillian Michaels Cardio KickboxYesterday Glen and I tried another DVD off my DVD exercise collection, Jillian Michaels’ Cardio Kickbox.  It was a pretty short workout… about 30 minutes or so, but it was pretty intense!  Lots of jumps, kicks and punches.  We even did a set of push ups and we both realized we need to work our way up to P90x since pushups are a big part of the first disc!  LOL.

I think Jillian’s workouts are awesome because they really kick your butt and even in the short amount of time we worked out, I really worked up a sweat, which makes me feel like I am actually working out my body.  If I don’t feel like I’m sweating, then it doesn’t feel like I did anything different than sit in my chair.

Not sure what we’re doing tonight, I’ve been really wanting to go outside for a jog or light run though… we’ll see!

    I'm the same way with working out. It doesn't feel productive unless I sweat.
    I'm casting my vote for you to go jogging. I ran a 5k last night and it was a great feeling. So go outside and have fun (just like your mother always told you when you were a kid).
